As sins spread, the message is
"It's okay, you can get away with it, you're perfectly fine the way you are"
Have we forgotten that "the wages of sin is death", (Romans 6:23)
That Jesus said, "Go, and do not sin again"? (John 8:11)

A wise man said that "beauty will save the world"
But sin's so ugly and we’re covered in the thick of it
Why act like the demonic swine heading for the cliff of destruction (Matthew 8:32)
When we can be the Good Shepherd's docile lambs?

Let us not make a mockery of the Father's mercy
And let us not put His justice to the test
The four Gospels' call to repentance is still valid
Even after Jesus conquered sin and rose from the grave

The beauty of the Cross is that
He took our sins upon Himself, so that those chains might break (1 Peter 2:24)
In you and me, our families' posterity
Put a smile on Jesus’ face, by loving people, hating sin
